In order to protect feeder system
from lighting or other reasons, which cause system EMP, we
offer one series of surge arrestors of N or DIN type connector.
The surge arrestor mainly uses two design theories:
¡¡Gas-filled over voltage diverters
¡¡¦Ë/4 stub lines
GAS Tube Surge Arrestor
Gas tube surge functions like a voltage-controlled switch.
It has high impedance under natural situation, If the Applied
voltage exceeds the arc ignition voltage, an arc is formed
in discharge chamber, reducing the over voltage to the arc
burning voltage. It has features of rapid action and lower
residual voltage. The advantage of gas tuber surge arrestor,
such as broadband use ,replaces gas of tube and DC injection
port led to their widespread use.

¦Ë/4 Stub Surge Arrestor
We design the multi-compensation surge arrestor with ¦Ë/4 surge
protection technology. Because the frequency of lighting is
low, so the shorted stub is like a short loop, and fetch lighting
out from inner conductor. Then the lighting goes throught
the outer conductor angd grounding system and enters ground
at last. The main advantages of ¦Ë/4 surge arrestor are maintenance
and low residual voltage.
